Named after the symbolic animal of Kawasaki Town — the kamoshika (Japanese serow) — and the Japanese word kamosu, meaning “to brew.”
Founded in 2018, this winery now celebrates its 7th vintage with a wine that blends grapes from the year into a balanced, harmonious expression.
Each year’s wine is unique: 2018 was a rosé, 2019 a white, 2020 a red — a changing taste that reflects the year itself.

The 2024 vintage is a floral red wine with not only drinkable lightness but also a rich depth, carrying a savory, broth-like umami that lingers beautifully.
