Care Instructions

When growing indoors, it is best to limit indoor care to about 1–2 weeks at a time and keep the plant outdoors as much as possible.
During summer, strong direct sunlight can cause leaf scorch, so provide some shade when necessary.
In winter, expose the plant to cold temperatures to encourage natural yellowing and leaf drop. Manage it in an environment similar to the outdoors. Although the plant sheds its leaves in winter, it will sprout again in spring. Even when it is just bare branches, that is its natural form—please enjoy the seasonal cycle and appreciate the beauty of its dormant state.

Watering
Water thoroughly when the soil has dried out.
Be especially careful not to let the soil dry out during the growing season.

• Spring to Autumn: Water once every 1–2 days

• Summer: Water once a day, either in the morning or evening

• Winter: Water every 3–4 days
  During hot periods, misting the leaves can also be effective.
