    a traditional cherry wine from the Marche region of Italy,
    this syrup captures the depth and charm of cherries.

    Pollination cherries harvested from Akiba Farm in Yamagata—
    juicy, fragrant, and full of character—
    are carefully extracted and blended with
    Steuben grape from Fattoria AL FIORE.

    The gentle sweetness and tartness of cherry,
    the richness of grape,
    and a soft, aromatic note of wild botanicals—
    a deeply layered and elegant flavor.


    How to Enjoy

    First, try it simply with soda.

    With water and ice,
    a subtle, cinnamon-like note from wild botanicals gently appears.

    Mixed with hojicha or bancha,
    the fruitiness of cherry and Steuben becomes fuller and rounder.
